- Check the volume is turned up on your phone using the actual buttons on the side of your phone.
- Make sure the “STUTTER” effect is switched off (or just press the HOLD button to release any effects) – STUTTER records whatever sound was running through koala when you press it and then loops that, preventing any other sounds coming through, so it will mute further audio.
